If you are using Photoshop 3.0.x, do not remove the
selection from letters, do Select/Inverse. In case you are using Photoshop 4.0 you
have to load the selection, Select>Load Selection>Layer x transparency.
Now, again if you are Photoshop 4.0 user, flatten the layer down by hitting Ctrl-E (Cmd-E
on Mac) Filter/Pixelate/Crystallize, use setting of 10. |

If you want some sparkles, then choose airbrush tool, white foreground color, go to Brushes Palette, click right arrow icon and load Assorted brushes (came with Photoshop) Then apply some. |
